What You Need to Know

How to place an order?

- All orders can be placed by email at dilorosweets@gmail.com Choose your dessert, flavor, size and let us know the date of your event, along with any of your ideas that you have in mind for the design.

- Please note that all orders, excluding wedding cakes, must be placed at least 5 days in advance.

- Wedding cake orders must be placed at least 5 weeks in advance.

- Last-minute orders will be considered based on availability.

What is your general policy?

- It's the client's responsibility to ensure that the cake will be stored and set up in an area that is climate controlled, to ensure that the cake remains intact and retains its original condition. All instructions on recommended handling of the dessert/cake will be provided in writing before the date of the event.

- All sales are final. ORO Sweets LLC does not offer cash or credit refunds for any cake or dessert order.

- Deposit of 25% will be required for orders of $200 and over.

Do you deliver?

- Yes, we do a free delivery within 5 miles radius. For all other delivery locations please contact us and we will provide you with available options.
